Reverend Benny L. Everett, III, M. Div., is the proud pastor of the First Baptist Church of Bunche Park, Incorporated, located in the booming metropolis Miami Gardens, Florida. He is a native of Pahokee, Florida, and the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Benny L. Everett, Jr. Reverend Everett is married to the beautiful Dr. DeAnna Williams-Everett and together they are the proud parents of six.

Reverend Everett commenced his preaching ministry at the tender age of eighteen. God has divinely favored him to be mentored by some mighty men of God. Prior to Reverend Everett’s call to serve as pastor of First Baptist, he served as Senior Pastors of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Pahokee Florida, Miller Swamp Missionary Baptist Church, Sycamore, South Carolina and Antioch Baptist Church of Bowman, South Carolina.

Reverend Everett graduated cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a minor in Human Resource Management. He furthered his education earning a Master of Education degree in Elementary and Secondary Professional School Counseling from South Carolina State University and a Master of Divinity degree from Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. Currently, Reverend Everett is pursuing an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership at Florida Atlantic University’s School of Education.  

Reverend Everett has numerous honors and recognitions, some of which includes former Commissioner for the City of Pahokee, founder and first President of Glades Area NAACP Youth/College Division, President-elect of the Palm Beach School Counselors Association and a proud member of the Theta Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Fraternity, INC. Despite his accomplishments, Reverend Everett’s most rewarding honor is the call to the ministry. He is a man who loves God, God's people, and His word. Reverend Everett enjoys preaching and teaching the Word of God with power, conviction, and simplicity at every opportunity that avails without compromise. His ultimate desire is to be a prophetic problem solver within the church and community proclaiming the liberating Gospel of Jesus Christ.
