  • Effective leader, teacher, preacher

  • Organized, approachable & compassionate

  • Effective communicator

  • Demonstrates characteristics identified in 1 Timothy 3:1-7

  • Adheres to the bible as a guideto lead the congregation, the lost to salvation.
